Investhesis is a financial data analysis platform that provides automated valuation modeling (DCF), ROIC analysis, risk signal detection, and AI-generated investment thesis reports. All outputs are based on public financial data and quantitative algorithms. Investhesis is not a registered investment advisor and does not provide personalized investment advice.

3. No Investment Advice

All content, reports, models and analyses produced by Investhesis are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the platform constitutes investment advice, a solicitation to buy or sell securities, or a recommendation of any specific investment. Always consult a licensed financial professional before making investment decisions. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

4. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You agree not to share your account with others.
• You must provide accurate registration information.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

• Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

• Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Share, resell or redistribute platform outputs commercially without authorization.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform software, design, algorithms, and branding are the intellectual property of Investhesis. The financial data displayed is sourced from third-party providers and is subject to their respective terms. You retain ownership of any portfolios or custom notes you create.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any financial data or analysis output. Financial data may be delayed, contain errors, or be unavailable at times.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Investhesis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including any investment losses you may incur based on information from our platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any conduct we determine to be harmful to other users, third parties, or the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
