1. Nature of the Service

Investhesis is an automated information and fundamental-analysis service. It is not an investment services firm (ESI) nor a financial advisory firm (EAF) registered with the CNMV or any equivalent supervisory authority. Nothing in the platform should be construed as the provision of an investment service in the regulatory sense.

2. Informational and Educational Purpose

All content published through the platform — including reports, theses, scores, valuations, scenarios, projections, alerts and any derived material — has exclusively informational and educational purposes. The content does not constitute financial advice, a personalised investment recommendation, an offer or solicitation to buy or sell securities, or an invitation to trade. No element of the platform should be relied upon as a basis to enter into a financial transaction.

3. Automated Generation and Third-Party Data

Reports, valuations, scores, indicators and any other output displayed on the platform are generated automatically using artificial-intelligence and statistical models that operate on data obtained from third-party providers — including but not limited to financial-data vendors, market-data feeds, news APIs, exchange feeds and public regulatory filings. We do not produce the underlying data; we ingest it from these external sources.

The data may be incorrect, incomplete, delayed, mis-mapped, retroactively restated or temporarily unavailable due to errors at the source, transmission failures, vendor outages or limitations of the data licence. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Investhesis and its operators assume no responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or fitness for any purpose of the third-party data, nor for any decision, loss or damage arising from reliance on it. The user must independently verify any information against primary sources (company filings, regulator records, official press releases) before taking any decision.

4. User Responsibility

Investment decisions are the exclusive responsibility of the user. You are solely responsible for evaluating your own financial situation, objectives, time horizon and risk tolerance, and for determining whether any course of action is suitable for you. We recommend consulting a registered financial advisor before investing.

5. Risk Warning

Past performance does not guarantee future returns. Investing in financial markets entails risk of partial or total loss of capital. Volatility, market events, liquidity constraints, currency exposure, taxation and many other factors may materially affect returns in ways the platform cannot foresee or model.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Investhesis and its operators disclaim any civil liability for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform content, including but not limited to investment losses, lost profits, lost opportunities or reputational harm. The user accesses and uses the platform at their own risk.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, free from defects or that any specific result will be obtained from its use. Without limiting the foregoing, Investhesis and its operators are not liable for any damage arising from software bugs, calculation errors, model errors, AI-generated artefacts, security incidents, downtime, data loss, browser or device incompatibilities, or any malfunction of the platform or any of its components, including failures originating in third-party infrastructure (cloud providers, data vendors, payment processors). The user assumes full responsibility for any decision taken on the basis of platform output, irrespective of whether the output is later found to be incorrect or affected by a software defect.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which the operating entity is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection provisions applicable in the user's country of residence. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction or resolved through binding arbitration where applicable.

8. Acceptance

Acceptance of this Legal Notice and of the Terms of Service is required to create an account: a blocking checkbox at signup must be explicitly ticked. Continued use of the platform after the publication of a revised version of this Legal Notice constitutes acceptance of the changes; users who do not accept any future revision should stop using the service.
